Welcome Home

We moved here in August and will be resigning our lease when it is time. Our apartment is great, comfortable, and heating wasn't too expensive, it's well insulated. The maintenance crew is fabulous, everything I've ever had a problem with was fixed right away, no questions asked. Snow removal and lawn care is well done. The office is terrific, they are always pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone if you like a quiet, friendly neighborhood feel.
Superb, professional and friendly management and staff. They appreciate their residents and provide excellent service I can have a place to live I'm proud to call home. Highly recommend everyone consider this beautiful property with many conveniences on property and nearby.

I've lived here for about a month and absolutely adore this place so far. Adjacent to two of the busiest roads in the region, Sherwood Lake is surprisingly private and peaceful. You would never know it's back here. I live on the lake side of one of the apartments, and when I sit out on my balcony, it's like I'm in a different world. The apartments themselves are well updated and I feel very at home. There are three pools residents have access to, and I'm taking full advantage of one of them. If I wasn't as lazy as I unfortunately am, I would also be taking full advantage of the gym, but alas...I'm lazy. With my best friends living in Chicago, I see how little they get for so much money. You get great bang for your buck here. Five stars from me!

I have lived at this apartment complex before along time ago and I returned after I sold my house. I love the staff there and the atmosphere there with the lake near by. All new fitness equipment and a nice business center.

Everyone did an awesome job on the December balcony/patio decorating contest! Winners were Amy P.top floor, Nellina R. middle floor and Jerry & John A. ground floor. Thanks to all who participated!

Resident Jackie, commented on what a great job the maintenance staff always does with snow removal! Always on top of things, including work orders!
